Levi’s Stadium Discount Fare Requires Two-Day Advance Purchase Starting Thanksgiving

Starting with the San Francisco 49ers Thanksgiving Day home game against Seattle, Capitol Corridor’s 25% discount fare to the Santa Clara/Great America station will require a two-day advance purchase, and passengers will not be allowed to purchase train tickets on board from a conductor. Tickets must be purchased online or from a station agent or Quick-Trak machine. These requirements will not affect the upcoming November 23 home game against Washington.

Ridership to Levi’s Stadium has been exceptionally strong since the new stadium opened in August, and by requiring fans to purchase in advance, we can better gauge how busy the trains will be and add extra cars to scheduled trains if necessary. Please spread the word and thank you for your cooperation!
