With public health conditions significantly improved and ridership demand on the rise, the Capitol Corridor is increasing service on June 7, 2021. Read more about the June 7th schedule increase here.

Face coverings are still required on board trains, buses and at stations, even with the expected reopening of the state on June 15, 2021.

The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has significantly impacted the Capitol Corridor since the statewide shelter-in-place order first went into effect on March 16, 2020. Business Plan Workshops 2020

Between January 21 and January 24, 2020, the Capitol Corridor will hold public workshops onboard select trains and via a Facebook Live broadcast to present its Draft FY 2020-21 – FY 2021-22 Annual Business Plan. The Annual Business Plan (ABP) presents an overview of the Capitol Corridor Joint Powers Authority’s (CCJPA’s) strategic plan and funding request for the next two fiscal years.

Capitol Corridor Schedules Game-Day Train to NFC Conference Championship at Levi’s Stadium

Fans can avoid traffic, parking hassles and get an early start on tailgating while riding the train

Congratulations to the San Francisco 49ers, who will play the Green Bay Packers in the upcoming NFC Conference Championship game on Sunday, January 19, 2020. To help fans get to the game, the Capitol Corridor has scheduled a special “game-day train” to Levi’s® Stadium.
