Due to a severe weather warning in the Sierras, connecting bus service (not train service) is suspended starting 10 pm on Wednesday, December 10 through the end of the day on Friday, December 12 to the following stops:
- Between Sacramento and Auburn
- Between Sacramento and Placerville
- Between Auburn and Colfax, Truckee, Reno, and Sparks
- Between Placerville and the various South Lake Tahoe stops
The following connecting trains that may be affected are:
- Eastbound: 524, 528, and 532
- Westbound: 537, 543, 547, and 549
