On Thursday, December 9, 2021, a new schedule will go into effect for the Highway 17 connecting bus service which travels between San Jose and Santa Cruz. Most changes are slight and have a 5 to 10-minute shift in departure times; however, one notable change is there will be no connection to train 524, and the first weekday train connection from Santa Cruz to San Jose will be train 528.
