Pier 39 Bus Stop Suspended September 20-22

Due to the Oktoberfest by the Bay festivities this weekend, the Capitol Corridor will be suspending all service at the Pier 39/Fisherman’s Wharf (SFW) bus stop starting at 4pm on Friday, September 20.


There will be normal service to all other connecting San Francisco bus stops.

Service will be suspended at the Pier 39 stop during the following time periods and affect the following bus connections:

  1. Friday, September 20
    Bus stop suspended 4pm to Midnight.
    Bus connections suspended for connections to eastbound trains 542 and 546.
  2. Saturday, September 21
    Bus stop suspended 10am to Midnight.
    Bus connections suspended for connections to eastbound trains 742 and 744, and connections from westbound trains 727 and 729.
  3. Sunday, September 22
    Bus stop suspended 10am to 7pm.
    Bus connections suspended for connections to eastbound train 742, and connections from westbound trains 727 and 729.

Others Ways to Get to SF Using the Capitol Corridor
Passengers traveling to San Francisco may also use Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) at the Richmond Station or Oakland Coliseum Station to connect to Capitol Corridor. Check BART schedules, routes, and fares here. BART fares may be paid with a Clipper card, available for purchase on board Capitol Corridor trains in the Cafe Car.
