Resulting from a simplified fare structure change Amtrak implemented last week, we are working on a technical issue concerning booking multi-ride tickets that involve a connecting bus service, including to San Francisco (SFC).
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may experience and are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. If booking a trip to the San Francisco (SFC) bus stop using a multi-ride ticket, please consider booking to Richmond (RIC) instead and transfer to BART which serves multiple San Francisco stops.
