Capitol Corridor Offers Special Service for Football Fans Travelling to Levi’s Stadium for Monday Night Football on November 15th

November 5, 2021

On Monday, November 15 at 5:15pm, the San Francisco 49ers will face off against the Los Angeles Rams at Levi’s® Stadium in Santa Clara. To accommodate the large number of expected attendees for this Monday Night Football matchup, the Capitol Corridor will be running on an adjusted schedule for return service from Santa Clara-Great America Station to Sacramento.

To get to the game on November 15, fans can take Train 541 at its regularly scheduled arrival time of 2:48pm. This will give you plenty of time for pre-game festivities.

For the return, we have scheduled a special late-departing trip, Train 552, which will leave San Jose at 8:45pm and pick up passengers at the Santa Clara-Great American Station at 8:58pm. Train 552 will make all stops along the route and arrive in Sacramento at 11:55pm. Tickets for this train are now available online for purchase!

In addition to avoiding the stress of traffic and parking, fans who take the train will be able to get an early start on tailgating by enjoying drinks and snacks available in the train’s Café Car.

Plan for the rest of the season by taking the train to the game.  The Capitol Corridor’s regular schedule will accommodate fans taking the train to and from the other remaining  regular season games on November 28, December 19, and January 12.
