New Schedule for Santa Cruz Bus Connection
December 8, 2021On Thursday, December 9, 2021, a new schedule will go into effect for the Highway 17 connecting bus service which travels between San Jose and Santa Cruz. Most changes are slight and have a 5 to 10-minute shift in departure times; however, one notable change is there will be no connection to train 524, and the first weekday train connection from Santa Cruz to San Jose will be train 528. Travel Delays Expected November 24-26
November 23, 2021Passengers traveling on Tuesday, November 23 experienced a series of extended delays lasting more than an hour due to a track incident that took place Monday night.
Throughout the day, crews have worked to clear tracks and repair signals, allowing trains to travel safely between Martinez and Richmond. Work is expected to be completed as early as Friday, November 26, or as late as Monday, November 29. More Travel Delays Expected November 24-26
