Walk a few steps to the It’s-It Ice Cream Outlet and grab one of their famous ice cream sandwiches to beat the heat. The first It’s-It was created in San Francisco by George Whitney in 1928, when he placed a scoop of vanilla ice cream in between two oatmeal cookies and dipped it in dark chocolate. Whitney called his creation “IT.” Now, It’s-It products are sold across the country!

  1. Stroll the Suisun Marina and see the Suisun City Harbor Lighthouse

With its classic design and serene setting, the lighthouse has quickly become a symbol of the city and a favorite backdrop for photos, especially at sunset.
