Bus Bridge Between Auburn and Rocklin: March 16 – 25 and March 31 – April 7
Beginning March 16, 2012, a track work project will affect service at the Auburn/Conheim (ARN) station. During the course of this track work, connecting buses will carry passengers between the Auburn and Rocklin (RLN) stations. Train tickets will be honored on the bus bridge. See below for details of the scheduled changes. Regularly scheduled service on all other days.
March 16 – 25:
A bus bridge will be in effect for all trains between Auburn (ARN) and Rocklin (RLN), with the exception of the following:
On March 16 only – Train 529 will depart ARN as scheduled
On March 25 only – Train 742 will arrive at ARN as scheduled
March 31 – April 7:
A bus bridge will be in effect for all trains between Auburn (ARN) and Rocklin (RLN), with the exception of the following:
On March 31 only – Train 729 will depart ARN as scheduled
On April 7 only – Train 742 will arrive at ARN as scheduled
Use Rocklin Station as an alternative:
Passengers may also consider utilizing the Rocklin station during this period. Temporary Amtrak parking near the Rocklin station listed below in addition to station parking:
- Station parking lot on Rocklin Road
- Railroad Avenue and Oak Street
- Rocklin Road and Railroad Avenue
- Pacific Street and Oak Street
