At the Station
Some stations are staffed and offer enclosed waiting areas, restrooms and in-person assistance. Nearly all of our stations have Quik-Trak ticket machines so you can easily pick up tickets reserved online (bring your confirmation) or buy tickets using a credit or debit card.

A new parking garage will be opening at the Richmond BART station on May 30, 2013. This garage will be for BART patrons, requiring parking validation inside the BART fare gates. A limited number of free parking spaces (approximately 25) will remain available at the Richmond station for Amtrak and Capitol Corridor passengers. Spaces are available on a first come, first served basis for rail passengers and will have signs indicating that parking is for Amtrak customers.
