1. Temporary Service Change January 15, 2011
On Saturday, January 15, 2011 passengers traveling on the following Capitol Corridor weekend trains WILL BE TRANSPORTED BY BUS between the Suisun/Fairfield and Martinez train stations:
Westbound Trains: 733, 737 and 741
Eastbound Trains: 728, 732 and 734

This bus bridge may result in delays of approximately 20 minutes for passengers traveling aboard these trains. Trains will wait for the buses on either side of the bus bridge.

2. Martin Luther King Jr. Day Schedule
Capitol Corridor will operate on a regular Weekday schedule on Martin Luther King Jr. Day – Monday, January 17, 2011.

3. 2011-13 Draft Business Plan and Public Workshops
The CCJPA will make the draft version of its 2011-13 Business Plan available to the public on January 18, 2011. Members of the community are invited to provide input and comments on this draft. In conjunction with this release, Capitol Corridor will hold public workshops to discuss the business plan, as well as future plans for Capitol Corridor.Â

4. Bicycle User Survey
Attention Capitol Corridor Bicycle Users: We are conducting a series of workshops and surveys aimed at better understanding how passengers use bicycles as part of their rail commute and how we can better accommodate all passengers. If you regularly or occasionally bring your bicycle on the train, we encourage you to fill out an online survey posted on Capitol Corridor’s bicycle webpage
and/or attend one of these workshops aimed at getting your feedback about your experience and ideas for bicycles on the Capitol Corridor train.

Below is the schedule for the bicycle-focused onboard workshops in car #1:
January 26th – Train 522 & 525
January 27th – Train 523
February 1st – Davis Train Station from 5-8am
February 2nd – Train 536 (OKJ-SAC)
February 3rd – Train 524

5. All Aboard the famous Reno Fun Train
