Capitol Corridor Service Advisory – Bay Area travel may be affected November 2

Linsey Ettlin News Archive, Service Alerts

There are anticipated public marches and demonstrations in the Oakland area and downtown San Francisco possibly scheduled for Wednesday, November 2nd. Please be advised that Capitol Corridor afternoon and evening service between Oakland Coliseum and Emeryville may be impacted, as well as motorcoach stops in San Francisco.

Please know that we will be doing everything possible to ensure your safe travel to your destination, and to keep service running according to schedule. However, given the unpredictability of public demonstrations, we are unable to know for certain if, when or how the service may be affected.

If you must travel between Oakland Coliseum and Emeryville tomorrow, or if your regular travel includes a downtown San Francisco motorcoach stop, please listen for announcements from onboard crews or bus drivers and/or sign up for our E-Updates service [include link to this for the CC Rail Mail subscribers] to be appraised of any changes to service.

Thank you.
