Amtrak Thruway bus service will be suspended at the San Luis Obispo (SLO) station on Sunday, July 31, 2011 due to the Amtrak parking lot being repaved. The area in front of the station will not be accessible to buses, cars or pedestrian traffic from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. The parking lot will be unavailable and any cars parked here will be towed.Â
Passengers may use the thruway stop at San Luis Obispo/Cal Poly Campus (SLP) station will be used for drop offs and pick ups. This temporary change will affect passengers connecting to trains 720, 723, 727, 734, 737, 744, 748 and 749.
