Capitol Corridor will continue to run regularly scheduled service during the BART strike. Passengers traveling from San Francisco to Emeryville this afternoon can expect delays due to increased Bay Bridge traffic. Please note that Capitol Corridor will hold eastbound trains for ten minutes as an allowance for the bridge traffic.
We urge passengers to be flexible with their return trips from San Francisco. We will be doing everything possible to operate on schedule, however there is a possibility that you may not be able to connect with your first-choice train due to the anticipated traffic. Should you miss your connection, you will be able to board the next scheduled train. Thank you for your cooperation and patience.
