Please be advised that stormy weather is affecting Route 20 connecting motorcoach bus service to/from the Reno and Tahoe areas and Sacramento.
On Friday March 25th and Saturday March 26th, Amtrak Thruway Motorcoach Bus service to/from Reno and Tahoe will only operate as follows:
Bus route 20 A/B serving Sparks, Reno, Truckee, Colfax, Auburn, Rocklin, Roseville and Sacramento will only operate bus service between the Auburn, Rocklin, Roseville and Sacramento station stops.
Bus route 20 C serving Stateline, Tahoe Wye, Placerville and Sacramento will only operate bus service between Placerville and Sacramento.
Connecting train service from Sacramento should not be affected and should operate as scheduled.Â
Passengers should be aware storms passing through the area may further affect our motorcoach bus service and our operations team may temporarily suspend motorcoach bus service between Reno/Tahoe and Sacramento until roads have been deemed safe for travel.
