Train 729 Service to be Replaced with Bus Bridge 30 Minutes Early Between Roseville & Sacramento Weekend of Feb. 4 & 5

Philip Krayna News Archive

Due to track maintenance work being completed on Saturday, February 4 and Sunday, February 5, 2017, Capitol Corridor Train 729 between Auburn and San Jose will NOT stop and provide service at the Roseville Station train platform that weekend. Instead, passengers will be transported by a bus bridge from Roseville to Sacramento, where they will then join Train 729. In order to connect with Train 729 in Sacramento on time, the bus will depart the Roseville Station 30 minutes earlier than Train 729’s regular scheduled departure — at 8:13am instead of 8:43am. The bus will arrive in Sacramento at 9:03am and passengers will board Train 729 for its regular 9:15am westbound departure.

Train 729 will operate on regularly scheduled service to all other stations along the route, including Auburn and Rocklin. Roseville is the only station affected by this track work.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
