Take the Train to a Sacramento River Cats Game

Sacramento River Cats

Minor league baseball is America’s favorite pastime in its purest form – where families can get reasonably-priced tickets and still be close to the field. With summer in full swing (no pun intended!) head to Sacramento to see the San Francisco Giants’ minor league team, the River Cats, in action. The following two games are early enough so that the Capitol Corridor train can get you to and from Raley Field, which is about a 20-minute walk or 5-minute cab ride from the Sacramento Station.

Sunday, July 31 vs. Salt Lake Bees (LAA) @ 5:05pm
There’ll be K-LOVE Sunday Funday with player autographs, kids run the bases, and more.

Tuesday, August 2 vs. Salt Lake Bees (LAA) @ 12:05pm
This is Toyota Family Value Tuesday with $1 hot dogs and $1 desserts.

Plan your baseball outing today, and if it’s for a weekend game, be sure to take advantage of our Take 5 Weekend fare discount!
