Last Call for Senior Midweek & Take 5 Weekend Travel Discounts

Take 5 and Senior Midweek

Hard to believe Capitol Corridor’s favorite fare deals are almost over. That’s right, there’s only one week left for seniors 62 and older to travel midweek for 50% off. And Take 5 Weekends ends on Labor Day Monday, September 5. With Take 5, when you buy one full-fare ticket, you can bring up to five companions for only $5 each person, each way on weekends and holiday Mondays.

Need some ideas on where to go? Check out our latest Weekend Picks on the blog for fun events all along the route, plan a trip to Old Sacramento for Gold Rush Days over Labor Day Weekend, go shopping in San Francisco or Emeryville, or take a stroll along the waterfront in Jack London Square.

Senior Midweek tickets do not require an advance online purchase, but travel is restricted to Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. You must purchase your Take 5 ticket online, at least one day in advance.
