Starting Monday, January 18, Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) will begin Phase 1 of a two-phase track infrastructure project, which will affect Capitol Corridor service. Phase 1 involves upgrading tracks between Capitol Corridor’s Suisun/Fairfield and Sacramento stations.
