The Capitol Corridor Joint Powers Authority (CCJPA) has released its Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSOQ) for the Final Engineering Design of Phase I of the Sacramento to Roseville Third Track Project. This project is coordinated with Union Pacific Railroad (UP) and the City of Roseville.

Below is the location where you can download the RFSOQ and other associated documents. The RFSOQ is available in two formats – MS Word (usable as Read Only) and PDF. There will be other supporting documents as well, including four preliminary draft design plot maps with some comments from UP, as well as eight referenced documents (in Attachment F of the RFSOQ) that are directly from UP.
